Terms of Service

By accessing or using Helper AI, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Helper AI on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

Helper AI provides a chat widget you embed on your website. The assistant answers visitor questions using the business information you provide in the admin panel and, when connected to your Google account, checks your availability and creates appointment bookings in your Google Calendar. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• use Helper AI for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
• send spam or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• use the service to collect sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and the necessary consents.

You are responsible for the content and conduct of the assistant as configured for your business, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and your customers.

Helper AI integrates with Google Calendar. Your use of that product is also subject to Google's own terms. You can revoke Helper AI's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When visitors chat with the widget on your website, you are the controller of their data and Helper AI processes it on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for providing any privacy notices and obtaining any consents required from your end users.

Helper AI may be offered on free and paid plans with usage limits. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Helper AI relies on third-party providers, including Google (calendar, sheets, docs) and Anthropic (to generate AI responses). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and their terms apply to your use of them.

Helper AI and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these Terms are in effect. You retain ownership of your own content and data.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing bookings and information that matter to your business. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helper AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Helper AI and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Helper AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
